INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We must determine the safety of the roadways throughout St. Joseph before any trash can be hauled.
Some routes may be delayed longer than others, however we are unable to determine which routes will be run or at what time your trash will be picked up as some streets are cleared faster than others and though your road may be clear, many others may not be.
The safety of our employees is our number one priority but we will do our very best to pick up your trash in a timely manner if at all possible.
You may either put your trash out and wait to see if it can be picked up or wait until next week and you will NOT be charged for any extra trash.
We will always try to post the latest updates on this page and on our Facebook page.
